Plosionart is an independent creative production studio working with brands, agencies, creative partners and IP owners.
Purpose of the Website
The website is primarily an informational and portfolio website.
It allows visitors to:
- explore selected Plosionart work and creative projects;
- learn about the studio's services and production approach;
- explore Plosionart Originals and partner IP projects;
- follow links to external project websites and social platforms;
- contact Plosionart regarding potential collaborations or projects.
Information shown on the website does not constitute a binding commercial offer.
Any commercial engagement is subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, quotation, statement of work or other mutually accepted project terms.
Creative & Production Services
Depending on the project, Plosionart services may include:

- character and world development;
- visual development;
- AI-assisted image and film production;
- animation and cinematic sequence development;
- editing;
- compositing;
- colour grading;
- sound design;
- post-production;
- development of original and partner-led IP.
The exact scope of each commercial project is agreed individually.
Project schedules, deliverables, revision rounds, fees, licensing terms, usage rights and other production conditions are defined in the relevant project agreement.
AI-Assisted Production
Plosionart may use generative artificial intelligence as one part of its creative and production process.
The specific tools, models and workflows may differ between projects according to creative, technical and production requirements.
Plosionart aims to use considered production practices including:
- controlled reference workflows;
- careful asset selection;
- copyright awareness;
- human creative direction and review;
- transparent discussion of relevant AI production methods where appropriate.
Use of generative AI does not by itself create any guarantee regarding copyright ownership, exclusivity or registrability of generated material.
Where intellectual-property rights, licensing or commercial usage rights form part of a client project, those terms are determined by the individual project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content presented on the Plosionart website, including:
- text;
- branding;
- graphics;
- films;
- photographs;
- artwork;
- animations;
- project presentations;
- layouts;
- original creative materials;
is owned by Plosionart, its respective creator or rights holder, or is used with appropriate permission.
Nothing on this website transfers intellectual-property rights to visitors.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified or commercially exploited without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
Partner IP and Third-Party Projects
